Cancellation Policy

If the customer canceled 7 days before the experience - 100% of the amount would be refunded.

If the customer canceled 48 hours prior to the experience - 50% of the amount is to be refunded.

If the customer did not show up on the day of the experience - none of the amounts would be refunded.

For circumstances beyond the control of the Parties (i.e. the weather, a guide is

unavailable, etc.)- a 100% refund or the customer can be offered to choose a substitute

experience of approximately the same details by the Company.
